You are able to create Vendor Accounts, Create Catalog Listings, Feature Your Business, shop multiple different platforms all in one. With so many capabilities this is a great platform to join and network with different individuals nation wide.

Yes vendors are verified. If you see a green check mark on their store, then they have been properly verified.

How old do you have to be to join?

You have to be 18 years old to join.

What is Mel’Onae Corner?

Mel’Onae Corner is a sister company to WIYD. They specialize in the beauty industry needs. You should check out their store.

What can I sell?

Just about anything! Drugs, guns, gambling, sexual services, or any criminal activity is prohibited on this platform

Do you deliver?

We are delivering starting this spring 2022!

Do you ship?

Depending on the store, they may offer shipping. But if you get a membership through WIYD you can get local delivery services.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can track your order directly through WIYD under “Order Received”

Do you have memberships for customers? Yes we do. (This will continuously be updated)

Memberships General Questions

Is it free?

Yes, we have a free membership. But unfortunately that is our most basic plan. You would have to pay to use our functions and features.

Is there obligations

Certain memberships have a obligations, but not all.

Do you have to be a business?

No, you do not have to have a business. You can actually come start your business on our platform. (More information on this will be coming soon.)

Do I have full control over my store? 

Yes, you have full control over your store 

Shipping Fees

Depending on location shipping can cost up to $19.99

Local pick up is also an option, including out of state

Order Processing Time

We offer many different products and services to our clients. They also bring their businesses to our platform to offer to customers.

So, understandably we would not be able to list all policies and procedures for each individual and business.

Though you are still able to find this information out directly through the store owner or you can chat with our agents down below in the right hand corner.

Standard orders (in stock)for local pick up : Same Day

Standard orders(in stock) for shipping 3-5 Business days

Custom Orders for local pick up: 7-10 days *Rush Orders additional fee $50*

Custom Orders for shipping: 7-10 days, 3-5 days to ship *Rush Orders additional fee $50*

Same day orders processed after 3 pm will be shipped next day

Refund Policy

WIYD Multi-Level Marketplace LLC provides business solutions to our b2b clients. So policies are different per client and their products and services.
You can reach out directly to the business that you purchased from. If you haven’t received a response in 48 business hours please reach out to support directly at adminmc@wiydmarketplace.store or call us at (682) 688-4198. Please remember if you want to cancel your appointment, that it should be no later than 2 hours of your appointment. (Unless instructed differently in the policies that you are shopping with.
We service many different businesses and we are not able to regulate policies and procedures that each individual business have in place. 
If you find that businesses are practicing bad policies and procedures please report it to our staff immediately at salesexecumanage@wiydmarketplace.store 
-No show appointments will require deposit after second appoinment fail

Wigs can be returned up to 48 hrs of recieving order (Wigs alterted ex. cut lace, glue on lace, styled will recieve a partial refund)
